Planning decision has gone against us.
Development of Brockworth Green Belt Approved by Secretary of State.

Latest news Feb 23 2016 ...The decision has been delayed. There is no indication of how long it will be before we know if the application has been refused or passed.
Nov 2015
The inquiry into the planning application has been closed and the inspector will be submitting her report to the Secretary of State in December 2015.
The Secretary of State can agree or disagree with the inspectors decision.
The date for the final decision is on or before February 22nd 2016
Meanwhile the Joint Core Strategy examination in public is on-going and a decision on sites for future development have still to be decided.
A transport plan will be under scrutiny in the new year.

Current News regarding the application
The application has been called in by the Secretary of State.
A public inquiry has been arranged for July 28th, at Tewkesbury Council offices, and is expected to last 6 days.
The decision rests with the independent inspector and not Tewkesbury Borough Council.
We will be participating fully in the inquiry and have a barrister and solicitor to represent us.
We are hoping to raise £8000 to help cover costs, before the end of July.
So far we have raised a total of £6,500 please help us if you are able and support our fund raising events.
